2. The petitioner seeks police protection. The petitioner is not having any enforceable order or decree from the jurisdictional civil Court. Hence, the question of granting police protection under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., does not arise. Leaving open the petitioner's other rights and remedies, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
