Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to give protection to the life and property of the petitioner from the 3rd respondent and his associates as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.12.2019.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to give protection to the life and property of the petitioner from the 3rd respondent and his associates as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.12.2019.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner had sent a complaint by post to the first respondent and it has been forwarded to the second respondent for enquiry.
