RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time stipulated in Crl O.P (MD) No. 17259 of 2021 dated 09.11.2021 to further period of fifteen days to comply with the condition imposed in it.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SELVAM.J., Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since one of the petitioner is affected with corona virus, they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.17259 of 2021 dated 09.11.2021.

3. In view of the same and also considering the present pandemic situation, time granted by this Court vide order dated 09.11.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17259 of 2021 is extended further for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
