This Civil Revision petition filed under section 115 of CPC to call for the Records pertaining to the fair and decreetal order dated 21/09/2015 made E.P.No.4/2014 made in O.S.No.21/2012 on the file of the Learned District Munsif, Sivakasi and set aside the same by allowing the above Revision petition.

ORDER : This petition having been posted for orders on this day, for not having represented the batta with petition along with affidavit in the presence of Mr.C.Gangai Amaran, Advocate for the petitioner and this Court having granted time till 26/07/2017 for compliance of the defects, as condition precedent, and the said Advocate, not having complied with the said direction of this Court, it is ordered that this Civil Revision Petition SR.45107/16 do stand dismissed against the respondent.
