ORDER

The charge memo issued by the first respondent in proceeding dated 09.09.2010 is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was transferred to Coimbatore and another set of charge memo was issued against him, regarding certain grievous irregularities and he was dismissed from service by the competent authority in proceeding dated 08.04.2014. The petitioner preferred an appeal to the appellate authority and the said appeal was rejected and the order of dismissal was confirmed by the appellate authority by order dated 30.03.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.14359 of 2010 3.Thus, the writ petitioner is now not in service and dismissed from service. Thus, the writ petitioner had not filed any writ petition challenging the another set of charge memo, does not require any further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
