2. Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) accepts notice for the respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the Organizer of "Amburose Memorial Kabadi Committee" and that the Kabadi Tournament is to be conducted from 19.01.2021 to 21.01.2021. His further submission is that he has submitted a representation dated 04.01.2021 to the respondent police seeking permission to conduct the said event and so far, no permission has been accorded by the respondent police.

4. In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as early as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
