Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to give permission to erect 6 feet concrete pillar at the petitioner village Natham Government Porampokku Land Survey No.37/5 for to put already existed village Kaliyamman temple, which is 2 feet "Small Peedam" on that concrete pillar.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The writ petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking permission to put up a small construction by way of concrete pillar, in and around the statue which is stated to be in a place for decades together.

2. The relief as sought for is not maintainable, that too against the respondents as cited in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

W.P.(MD)No.541 of 2021 approach the HR & CE Department authorities in this regard. No costs.
