Respondent/Petitioner Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thuraiyur to make it clear in any order that may be passed in C.M.P.No.967 of 2014 the application instituted by the respondent that any such order made by the said Court subject to the said application being in conformity with the provisions of the Registration of Birth and Death Act cannot be used for the purpose of making claims relating to the property of the petitioner.

ORDER
This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur to make it clear that any order that may be passed in C.M.P.No.967 of 2014, cannot be used for the purpose of making claims relating to the property of the petitioner.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
3. The Respondent herein filed C.M.P.No.967 of 2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur for registration of the death of one Veeramuthu, S/o.Muthuveeran and the said application is now pending. At this stage, the petitioner being an objector filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking the above stated relief.
4. I am of the considered opinion that the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed.
