When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the Tahsildar concerned would survey and measure the land in question within a period of two weeks. 2.In consideration of the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to measure and survey the land in question within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
