Heard both sides.

2.The prayer in this writ petition appears to be rather inocuous. I was in fact inclined to direct the Bank to furnish the details sought for by the petitioner.

3.At this stage, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Bank states that the petitioner has already moved Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) against SARFAESI action taken by the Bank and that Interlocutory Applications have been filed. I am of the view that the petitioner can as well file an another Interlocutory Application in the pending proceedings before DRT and ask for the very same relief that is now sought for.

4.Granting liberty to the petitioner to file such an Interlocutary Application, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
