RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.11731 of 2017 dated 06.09.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.A.EBENEZER, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11731 of 2017, dated 06.09.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation from 25.09.2017 till date. He further submitted that the charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.324 of 2017 by the Court concerned.

4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioners and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation from 25.09.2017, the condition imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
