ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of I.P.C and 21(4) of M.M.Act of I.P.C, in Crime No.211 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 07.08.2018, the petitioner has transported the river sand illegally by using Tractor bearing Registration No.TN 22 AW 7534. Hence, a case has been registered.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

5.In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
