ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.1063 of 2020 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Since on earlier occasion there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter is posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner is present before this Court.

3. This Court heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

4. The case has been registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent herein. Seeking quashment of the same, this petition is filed.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation has been completed in this matter and final report is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur, which has been taken on file in C.C.No.81 of 2021.

6. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy appropriately, if he is so aggrieved by the contents of the final report.

7. Granting such liberty, this petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
