ORDER

This petition has been filed to review the order dated 11.12.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.29818 of 2024, thereby directing the petitioner and the fifth respondent to ascertain their right over the land which was acquired by the respondents 1 & 2, before the Civil Court in the manner known to law.

2. The petitioners filed the above writ petition for direction to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to disburse the compensation amount for the land acquired to an extent of 38.0 sq. mt., out of the total extent of 1 acre 1 cent comprised in S.F.No.128 situated at Kochadai Village, Madurai District. It is also seen that both the petitioners and the fifth respondent are claiming title

over the property. Therefore, this Court directed the petitioners and the fifth respondent to ascertain their right over the land, which was acquired by the respondents 1 & 2, before the Civil Court in the manner known to law. Thereafter, they can claim the award amount before the respondents 1 & 2 and after that, the respondents shall disburse the claim amount.

3. This Court finds no apparent error on the face of records as such the petitioners failed to make any grounds to review the order passed by this Court. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court finds no merits in this Review Application to review the order dated 11.12.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.29818 of 2024.

4. Accordingly, the Review Application stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
