ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.5 in Crime No.507 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 468, 471, 476 of I.P.C. and Section 4(1), (A), 4(1)(aaa) of TNP Act, and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused were found in possession of 1190 bottles of brandy procured from Union Territory of Pandicherry.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that there is no previous case against the petitioner and A7 and A8, who are similarly placed were already released on bail by the Sessions Court in Crl.M.P.No.1551 of 2015.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
