O R D E R

This petition has been filed to call for the entire case records in S.C.No.84 of 2013 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukkottai, and quash the evidence of PW11 with regard to marking of Exhibit P3.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case against the petitioner was ended in conviction on 12.11.2014 on the file of the Mahila Court, Pudukkottai in S.C.No.84 of 2013.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is also dismissed.
