This Criminal Original Petition is filed to withdraw the investigation in connection with Cr.No.112 of 2014 pending on the file of the second respondent and entrust the same to any other competent officer.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that investigation is pending in this matter.
3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.112 of 2014 and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
