This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner without due procedure of law.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that no petition is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent and the appearance of the petitioner is not at all required by the respondent and there is no harassment alleged by the petitioner.
