This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been registered in Crime No.167 of 2015. She further submitted that the respondent would not interfere with the civil dispute between the parties.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Petition is closed.
