ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Anand, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent in both petitions and of Mr.J.Jeyakumaran, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent in both petitions,the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw these petitions and liberty to file fresh petitions before the concerned Court/Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
