The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, take on file the charge sheet filed by the respondent in Crime No.121 of 2015.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the case on hand the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai.

4.Considering the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai is directed to take final report on file and cognizance of the offence, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, proceed further in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
