ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to conclude the enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.12.2025 vide C.S.R.Receipt No.804 of 2025 and to take necessary action the Private Respondents within time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that CSR enquiry is pending before the 2nd respondent police.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and conclude the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
