ORDER

This Court by the order dated 23.08.2022 in W.P(MD).No.19142 of 2022, directed the third respondent to consider the petitioner's 1/4

complaint dated 08.06.2022 and take suitable action. As per the direction of this Court, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that there was a deliberation of duty by one Aadhilinga Boss. He further submitted that departmental action has already been initiated against the concerned person.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner that a case ought to have been registered against the accused persons.

3. Since the departmental action has been initiated against the concerned officials, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. With regard to other allegations, the petitioner can workout his remedy by way of separate proceedings.
