ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A-1 in Crime No.10 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 5 (N), 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 and Section 506(i) of I.P.C., surrendered before the respondent police on 04.05.2015 and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 29.04.2015, the accused kidnapped the victim girl, who is aged about 15 years and raped her.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and the alleged victim are neighbours and they had love affairs and on the date of occurrence, the petitioner was 16 years old. He further submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and the accused Nos.2 and 3 have been unnecessarily roped in this case.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) vehemently opposed this application by stating that the victim is aged only 15

years and she was raped by the petitioner. He further submitted that the investigation is at initial stage and the accused Nos. 2 and 3 are still absconding.

4. Considering the nature of offence alleged as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
