ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent, the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station not to harass him under the guise of an enquiry.

2. Mr.T.SenthilKumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions would submit that the complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent against the petitioner was registered in CSR No.1520 of 2023 and after enquiry, the same was closed on 31.12.2023.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
