ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to comply the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, in Cr.M.P.No.333 of 2024 dt 22.10.2024 and proceed the same as per law within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the victim First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.19 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 294(b),307,341,446,506(2), 406 of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act on 21.01.2025 by the second respondent. The grievance of the petitioner has been addressed.
