ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 5, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C., r/w. Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.71 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2. According to the de-facto complainant, all the accused have joined together and harassed the de-facto complainant demanding additional dowry.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and all the family members have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that as per the order of this Court, the petitioners 1 to 3 were appeared before the Mediation Centre. However, the de-facto complainant has not turned up.
4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance before the Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Madurai and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required and the petitioners 2 to 5 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
6.
