This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners were interrogated in connection with a case in Crime No.134 of 2019 for the offence under Section 379 of IPC, other than that the respondents have not harassed the petitioners.
