ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to transfer the investigation pending before the third respondent police in Cr.No.143 of 2014 to some other competent investigation officer in Thanjavur District on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner's dated 05.06.2014.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in PRC.No.4 of 2016 on 19.09.2018. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
