This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to direct the 2nd respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner's dated 01.03.2015 against the above said culprits.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.03.2015, a case has been registered in Crime No.694 of 2015 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed.
