PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the second respondent Director of Collegiate Education in Na.Ka.No.60019/G4/1010, dated 08.12.2010, quash the same and further direct the second respondent Director of Collegiate Education to approve forthwith the proposal submitted by the petitioner dated 06.12.2010 together with the American College Governing Council resolution dated 06.12.2010.
