ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime.No.53/2019 on the file of the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the final report in Crime No.23 of 2019 will be filed within a period of two months.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to file the final report in Crime.No.53 of 2019 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
