ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.102 of 2018 of Keela Valavu Police Station, Madurai District, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 2949b), 323, 379 and 506(ii) IPC.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that investigation in Crime No.102 of 2018 is almost completed. However, he seeks one month time to file a final report before the competent jurisdictional Court.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.102 of 2018 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
