ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.983 of 2018 of Avaniyapuram Police Station, Madurai District, for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that investigation in Crime No.983 of 2018 is almost completed. However, he seeks three months time to file a final report before the competent jurisdictional Court.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.983 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
