ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the first respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1452 of 2020 of Keela Valavu Police Station, Madurai District, for the offence punishable under Section 302 IPC. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that investigation in Crime No.1452 of 2020 is almost completed. However, he seeks six months time to file final report before the competent jurisdictional Court.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.1452 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
