2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has since been restored to the custody of the petitioner. The petitioner is present before us along with the child. The petitioner also confirms the said statement. Nothing survives for further adjudication. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
