ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the first accused, in Crime No.63 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 406 IPC and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused have demand dowry and harassed the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no dowry harassment by the hands of the petitioner and his family members. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner had appeared before Mediation and Conciliation Centre but the defacto complainant has not appeared despite receipt of notice. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. 6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
