Director of Agriculture, Alanganallur to obtain the petitioner's Service Register from the Joint Director of Agriculture, Madurai and then to collect particulars from the offices where the petitioner has been serving as early as possible and to send proposals to the Sub Treasury concerned for payment of arrears as per the direction issued by the Government in G.O.(P)No.251 Agriculture and Farmer Welfare Department dated 03.07.2025, within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner, retired Deputy Agriculture Officer, with a grievance that there was a pay anomaly when he served as an Assistant Seed Officer, has submitted a representation and the Government has also accepted the case of the petitioner and granted the relief to the petitioner by refixing the petitioner's pay 2/6

on par with his junior, vide G.O.(P)No.251 Agriculture and Farmer Welfare Department dated 03.07.2025. The petitioner with a grievance that he has not been disbursed with this differential amount decided on 03.07.2025, has filed this writ petition. 2.Mr.C.Venkatesh Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and submits that the petitioner has to furnish certain details and the same has not been furnished and therefore, they are not in a position to take a call on the petitioner's claim as per G.O.(P)No.251 Agriculture and Farmer Welfare Department dated 03.07.2025. The particulars which are required by the Government has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.It is very unfortunate that the Department has not disbursed the amount due to the petitioner, even after order of the Government in G.O.(P)No.251 Agriculture and Farmer Welfare Department dated 03.07.2025. The petitioner is directed to furnish 3/6

the details which are available with him. In the event, if the petitioner is not furnishing the details, the same shall be collected by the third respondent, who shall also ensure that the order passed by the Government in G.O.(P)No.251 Agriculture and Farmer Welfare Department dated 03.07.2025 is completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
