ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned order dated 19.11.2019 in C.No.R2/850/2019 passed by the second respondent and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to participate in the certificate verification for the post of Grade-II constable, Grade II Jail Wardens and Firemen in the Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board 2019.

W.P.(MD) No.594 of 2020 2.The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in various decisions has held that reappraisal the factual aspects with regard to the physical test conducted during the selection of Grade-II constable, Grade II Jail Wardens and Firemen cannot be permitted and that such factual aspects should not be interfered under the writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. However, if the petitioner is of the view that the original measurement was not properly taken, it is always open to the petitioner to cross-check the same by making an appropriate application under the Right To Information Act [RTI] seeking for video recording of the measurement taken and on verification of such recording, if the petitioner is of the view that he has qualified the physical test, it is open to the petitioner to redress his grievances in a manner known to law.

3.With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
