O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 20.11.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.279/2025 by the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur, Sivagangai and consequently direct the respondent police to register FIR on the complaint dated 17.08.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has to file a revision petition as against the impugned order.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is not maintainable and the petitioner has to file a revision petition against the dismissal order passed by the trial Court. Therefore, with liberty to the petitioner to file a revision before the appropriate Court, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 09.01.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No pnn 2/4
