However, no memo is filed to that effect. 3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, submitted that the orders of assignment, impugned in these writ petitions, were already cancelled by the Department. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
