When the matter was taken up for hearing in the earlier occasion on 09.11.2021 there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal. Subsequently, on 07.12.2021, it was represented that the learned Counsel, who appeared for the petitioner has become Special Government Pleader and he has returned the papers to the petitioner and therefore, he withdrew his appearance from this case.

2.In view of the above, this matter was directed to be listed in the name of the petitioner under the caption for dismissal. Accordingly, the matter is listed today.
