O R D E R

Seeking a direction to transfer the investigation from the third respondent to second respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the records.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on completion of the investigation, Charge Sheet has been filed and the same is pending before the trial court.

4. Considering the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy to appear before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
