ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that as per the direction of this Court in W.P(MD).No.6328 of 2022, the petitioner's representation was considered. He further submitted that the petitioner has not placed any sufficient materials for considering the representation for granting sanction. Therefore, the representation was closed. Closure report was also served to the petitioner, so he has to workout his remedy through the appropriate proceedings. In view of the above development, this Contempt Petition is closed.
