ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for forbearing the respondent police from harassing the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.) submitted that the petitioner is an accused in as many as three criminal cases and that to enquire him in that regard, he has been summoned. It is made clear that the respondent police will not interfere in any civil dispute and that the respondent police shall confine the enquiry to the pending criminal cases alone.
