This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.195 of 2012 , within a time frame.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the case has been closed as "Mistake of Fact" and RCS notice has also been served on the second respondent. 3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
