Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to set aside the order and decreetal order passed learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai in I.A.No. 166/2014 in O.S.No. 11 of 2011 dated 17.12.2015 and allow the Civil Revision Petition. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.DEVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner,the court made the following order:- This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 240 days in representing the revision.
