ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and Shanmugaraja by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2025.
2. It is submitted that a missing woman complaint has been preferred by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent and the same is still pending. The petitioner apprehends that the respondent's family members may assault her, as there is an inter-caste marriage between the petitioner and her husband.
3. According to the petitioner, the 3rd respondent has been threatening the petitioner and her husband. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to prefer an appropriate complaint before the 2nd respondent. On such submission, the 2nd respondent shall take action in accordance with law. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
