It is an application seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner for frequently summoning him to appear before the police station under the guise of enquiry in civil dispute.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner. He would further submit that the respondent police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.

4.In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there is no scope for harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
