This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the respondents 2 to 4 not to harass the petitioners and their family members by way of interfering with the family dispute, under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint received by the respondents police, petition enquiry is pending and the petitioners were only called for enquiry and there is no harassment by the respondents police.
